By participating in this service, you acknowledge and agree that Airbnb may connect you directly with professional services to take photographs or videos of your Listing (“Images”), to have a third-party editor edit the Images, and to have the Images uploaded to your Listing page on the Airbnb platform without your prior review. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your Listing is accurately represented in the Images, and you will promptly review and stop using the Images on the Airbnb Platform if they no longer accurately represent your Listing, if you stop hosting the Listing, or if your Airbnb Account is terminated or suspended for any reason. You are not required to use or retain the Images on your Listing, and may remove or rearrange the Images at any time. You acknowledge that Airbnb shall hold all rights, title and interest in the Images, and that Airbnb may use the Images for advertising, marketing and/or any other business purpose in any media or platform, whether in relation to your Listing or otherwise, without further notice or compensation to you. Airbnb grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, revocable, non-transferable license to use the Images outside of the Airbnb Platform solely for your personal and non-commercial use or for commercial use only to promote your Listing on the Airbnb Platform. This limited license will be automatically revoked if and when you stop using the Airbnb Platform or if and when your Airbnb account is terminated or suspended for any reason. You agree to pay the cost of these services as set forth in the Payments Terms of Service. If you and the professional are UK residents and you both have chosen GBP as your currency for payment, you (i) agree to receive a Cash Advance from Airbnb Ireland UC which shall be equivalent to the fees payable by you to the professional for the Images (“Cash Advance”); (ii) authorize Airbnb Payments UK to make payment of the fees to the professional on your behalf by utilizing the Cash Advance issued to you by Airbnb Ireland in accordance with the Emoney Terms of Service; and (iii) authorize Airbnb Payments UK to deduct the amount equivalent to the Cash Advance from your upcoming payout(s) and remit the same to Airbnb Ireland as repayment of the Cash Advance on your behalf.

All capitalized terms not defined here have the meaning given to them in the Airbnb Terms. Nothing in these Pro Photography and Pro Video Terms will be construed to amend or contradict the Airbnb Terms unless explicitly stated. If there is a conflict between the Airbnb Terms and these Pro Photography and Pro Video Terms, these Pro Photography and Pro Video Terms control to the extent of such conflict.
